Many thanks
Our journey was uneventful with no delays, although we would rather have still been in Madeira!
Please pass on our thanks to all the staff for their continuing superb service. The welcome was as warm and genuine as it always is and everyone was efficient, friendly and helpful during our stay which is why we keep returning year after year. We hope to be back before the end of the year for one week either the end of November/beginning of December or 28th December-4th January. This will depend on work and family commitments.

Dear Sir
We had an excellent stay with you until the 6th January. Thank you for a wonderful holiday. The Gala Party was also very enjoyable. You and your staff made a great effort to be helpful and friendly. We are looking forward to returning for the New Year 2010 when we will be bringing our daughter with us. I regret that I overlooked handing in my safe key (room 327) and I am posting this to you tomorrow.
